‘Confessions’ is a series that is dear to me. When I think of a confession booth I think of a person sharing his or her deepest secrets, thoughts and passions. A place where a person’s most intimate moments are confessed.
This project does just that, it is a platfom for people to express themselves freely without reservation. No judgement here. I love that the first episode for this project is with Sabrina Davi. She once told me, ” What I give you in front of your camera is me completely. When I’m not in front the camera is when I’m on stage.” Love it!

My friend Claudio Ochoa invited me to Old Westbury to a Polo match the other day. The game went into overtime with the SLS Jets coming out victorious in the end. Great Job Nacho Figueras and the SLS Jets. Special thanks to Elizabeth Hedley for being a great hostess.

As a 14 year “veteran burner” and Artist at the annual Burning Man Festival, I’ve seen this event of “Very Radical Self Expression” evolve and grow from a “barter economy” of 15,000 to what is now referred to as a “Gift Economy” of well over 50,000 in attendance.

{FYI} The gallery sold out almost her entire show, a very limited number of commissions are being accepted for collectors of her work. If you are in the Hamptons this weekend the exhibit is a must see.
Andrea Kowch (b. 1986) was born in Michigan, where she received her BFA at the College
for Creative Studies. Largely self-taught and influenced by the work of American Masters
and the Old Masters of the Renaissance, her paintings and illustrations are best known for
their rich symbolism, mood, and control of medium, leading her to be described as a
“powerful voice emerging, demonstrating a highly sensitive consciousness that informs a
culturally laced symbolism.”
