I was hanging out with my painter friend Sara Conca and we stumbled upon a beautiful photography exhibition by Michael M. Koehler at the Mallick Williams Gallery last Thursday. If you are in the Chelsea NYC area definitely go and check it out.

Michael M. Koehler grew up photographing in Philadelphia. After receiving a B.F.A in photography from New York University Tisch School of the Arts in 2005, Michael traveled the country and abroad pursuing personal projects, interacting with the people and the landscapes. Michael has shown his work in galleries and museums in New York, Philadelphia, and Rome and had work published in numerous magazines and books including American Photo and Here is New York (Scalo Publishers). Michael has worked as a photojournalist for both the Philadelphia City Paper and the Philadelphia Tribune. Michael currently lives and works in New York City.
