Amy Secada is a Certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher RYT and the founder of Bellagaia Yoga.
Secada began her journey of movement at the age of five. After graduating on scholarship from the prestigious School of American Ballet in New York City, she devoted herself to the study of Yogaand martial arts. She has studied Vinyasa Yoga for more than a decade under the guidance of world-renowned teachers such as Dharma Mittra, Ana Forest and her personal favorite, David Reglin.
