A photographer’s reflexes and his/her ability to capture the essence of the moment is everything. This is why it is crucial for a photographer to stay strong, flexible and nimble.

I dont know about you but if I have to excercise and workout I much rather do it with someone who is a master and beautiful and Secada is definitely both. -*Raoul

Amy Secada is a Certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher RYT and the founder of Bellagaia Yoga.

Secada began her journey of movement at the age of five. After graduating on scholarship from the prestigious School of American Ballet in New York City, she devoted herself to the study of Yogaand martial arts. She has studied Vinyasa Yoga for more than a decade under the guidance of world-renowned teachers such as Dharma Mittra, Ana Forest and her personal favorite, David Reglin.

‘WALKING THE DOG’ DIRECTED by {LUIGI CAMPI}

Dogging is a new sex trend which started in Britain, people having sex in public places especially in cars who are open to an audience and interaction with others. Although dogging has been growing in popularity for the last couple of years, it only reached the mainstream when soccer player Stan Collymore, one of Britain’s most famous athletes, admitted to attending numerous dogging meets.

I recently had a chance to learn about dogging when I was invited on set to shoot stills for a film based on dogging called ‘Walking The Dog’ directed by Luigi Campi and produced by Stephanie Sellars.
